According to the Education and Manpower Bureau, personal growth education will be carried out in all schools by 2005.  In response to the needs of mainstream school, the Society has started the Personal Growth Education Service. 

In 1999 the Society was funded by QEF to produce a “Personal and Social Development Curriculum”. Teaching material sets were distributed in 2000, with more than 300 schools responded. In 2002, we offered Growth Education to six schools which had purchased our Primary School Counselling Services. The Growth Education includes training, demonstration, draw up curriculum, evaluation and analysis etc. This service carried on in 2003 and we cooperated with 4 famous Primary Schools to develop their own “School-based Growth Education Development Project”.
