Research and Development Team

SBC’s Research and Development Team has been established for over 6 years. The Team was re-organized in 2009 with the aims of providing appropriate support for our staff and enhancing our service quality.

  3. Service innovation & improvement: this aspect of work is to promote a culture of self-evaluation, evidence-informed innovation, and service improvement.
